Ordering

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected product at the price shown. Please check your order and delivery details carefully before completing payment.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. PrimePixels2000 does not store your full payment card details.

Order acceptance

We may contact you if we are unable to accept or fulfil an order, for example because a product is unavailable, there is an error in the price or description, or we cannot deliver to the supplied address. Where payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, it will be refunded.

Production and delivery

Artwork is professionally produced after ordering. UK delivery is free unless otherwise stated. Orders are usually delivered within 5 to 10 working days, although orders often arrive sooner. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control. Please see our Delivery Policy for further information.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Because artwork is produced after ordering, production may begin quickly. If production has not started, we will normally be able to cancel the order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory cancellation rights.

Returns and refunds

If you wish to return an eligible item because you have changed your mind, contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory rights.

Artwork and colour

We aim to display our artwork as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, display settings and the characteristics of the printed canvas.

Intellectual property

Artwork, images, branding, text and other original material displayed on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit the artwork.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or removes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales. Consumers may also have rights to bring proceedings in other UK courts where applicable.
