Free UK delivery

PrimePixels2000 currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom. Standard UK delivery is free on every order.

Delivery times

Each canvas is professionally produced after your order is placed. Orders are usually delivered within 5 to 10 working days, although orders often arrive sooner.

Delivery estimates include production, packaging and dispatch. During unusually busy periods or circumstances outside our control, delivery may take slightly longer.

Tracking

Canvas orders are sent using tracked services where applicable. When tracking information is available, we will provide it or use it to monitor your delivery.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, they may occasionally arrive separately depending on production and fulfilment.

Delivery problems

If your order appears delayed or has not arrived, contact PrimePixels2000 and we will investigate it. You will not need to contact our production partner yourself.

Incorrect delivery information

Please check your delivery address carefully. If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible. We will try to correct it before production or dispatch, but changes cannot always be made once processing has begun.
